Organization Structure

• The network shall be governed by an all volunteer Board of Directors (TBD)
• The affairs and business of the organization shall be managed under the direction of an elected Executive Board.
• The Executive Board shall appoint other operating and administrative committees, special committees, or ad-hoc committees as needed.
